Public Live Webinars
To receive a full refund, requests to cancel the registration and receive a full credit must be emailed to email@example.com and received no later than 5:00 PM ET., 2 business days prior to the webinar start date. No refunds will be issued after this time, however, the webinar recording will be available for the registered participant(s) to view for a period of 7 days.
If Employment Illusions Inc. cancels or reschedules the webinar for any reason, the option to receive a full refund or a credit is available. The credit may be applied against a purchase of Employment Illusions Inc.'s other products and must be used within 365 days of the original purchase date.
All refunds will be issued by Employment Illusions Inc. within 10 business days of the webinar date, to the original method of payment. Financial institutions may take longer to process the refund.
Participant substitutions are permitted up to 1 business day prior to the start of the webinar. Please email the first name, last name, and email address of the new participant and the name of the person they will be replacing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a technical failure at a participant’s home, workplace or another access point, or any other circumstances, prevents access to the live webinar, the participant will not be given a refund however, upon request, access to the webinar recording will be available for 7 calendar days.
If there is a technical failure on Employment Illusions Inc.’s part, there is an option to access the webinar recording for 7 calendar days or a full refund. A request for either must be made to email@example.com no later than 7 business days after the scheduled webinar.
Passwords are purchased for access to specified on-demand courses and are redeemable within 365 days of purchase. All password purchases are considered final and are forfeited if not used within the 365-day timeframe. Passwords may be exchanged for another course of similar value, as long as no portion of the original course, including course materials, was accessed. The exchanged course must be completed within 365 days of the original purchase of password(s).
Activation of Course
Upon registration, participants will receive a notification email from the Employment Illusions with the details required to access the course. Once a participant is registered, access to the course will be available for the number of days outlined in the course description.
Participant substitutions are permitted only if the original participant has not accessed any portion of the course AND the organization’s representative emails their request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The password cannot be transferred if the original registrant accessed any portion of the course, including course materials. The new participant must complete the course within 365 days of the original purchase of password(s).
The password can be transferred to another participant one time only. Please send the first name, last name, and email address of the new participant and the name of the person they will be replacing to email@example.com. Employment Illusions will notify the organization's representative and the new participant when the course is available to access.
Extension to access course
Requests for extended access to a course due to illness or emergency will be considered if submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the course expiration. Course extension requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, decisions are at Employment Illusions Inc.’s discretion and are final.
Refund and Exchanges for the book
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We do not offer refunds but will replace books if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges for other products
If the purchased password(s) cannot be used within 365 days, the cost of the password(s) may be used as a credit towards another Employment Illusions Inc. product. This exchange of credit must be requested in writing to email@example.com prior to the 365-day expiry date.
Employment Illusions Inc. is not responsible for any technical issues encountered at the participant’s home, workplace or another access point, or any other circumstances, that prevent access to the course. Requests for access extension will not be considered in these situations.
If Employment Illusions Inc. experiences technical issues that affects the availability of the course, access to the course will be extended by the number of days the technical issue was experienced.
