Together, Sarah and Angela bring a corporate memory that spans 3 decades of government funded employment service programming and delivery, primarily in Canada. They have worked with many government departments and thousands of management and front line staff working in hundreds of organizations.

Angela Hoyt, principal of Evolution Group, is an experienced facilitator, consultant and trainer. Angela has almost thirty years of experience in the Employment Service sector as a front-line practitioner, Director and consultant.
She supports leaders and their teams to build the organizational capacity required to bridge the gap between people seeking work, and employers seeking employees.
